  I had left a good review because im acared i wont get treated properly..but they dont answer theyre phones for patients when they have questions after a huge surgery when the dr told me to call back today if things felt anu worse or not any better and i need to request more antibitocs becasue amoxacillan never works on me properly..but augmentin or keflex would get rid of my dangerous nasal infectjon because i got a sinus lift and i cant have my sinuses infected..dont answer emails or anything unless i leave a bad review?..please call me back...your staff has either ignored my calls all day or you have which I pray isn't true..I really like u as my dentist.....im sorry I might have texted too much earlier this week but you told me to call you back today and im being actively ignored..i had to downlpad a new number to get in touch... please i dont wann haveto have my mother take over and have to deal.with all my dental care this is not that hard of a concept..im a paying patient...and your the doctor who took my case...can u please teeat me like im a human ..i dont want this to be a bad experience..u saved me from tbinking i couodnr get implants amymore cuz of a bad experienxe in the past i told u about ...i had nothign against that surgeon either it was my dentist who blamed him not me..... ihad a great experience so far with metro dental...dr Ford is a very intelligent surgeon he actually knows what hes doing. They have multiple surgeons as well which brings up the value of the work..they dont overcharge either...they basically dropped prices half way to make it more affordable for everybody..they have great payment plans..and they dont take 8 month to plan a surgery which was great..had the surgery within a month of coming in and thats only becasue I didnt want to get it done 2.5 weeks before. And he cares unlike some dentists ive been to in the past...just got fuller upper arch dental implant placement. But they do not stay in touch after the surgery like he told me to call when I was put of my antibiotics and I told him I would.prbabbly jeed more because these arent getrig rid of the sinus infection....your ignoring my calls messages and email all day its not right..I will change this again once we've discussed thos non answering issue..I want to be your patient and be treated like a patient..not ignored for no reason at all.

  I haven’t been to the dentist in 9 years and finally decided to make a trip from Missouri to see Dr. Alex and his team! It was the best decision I’ve made! Ребята, у кого проблемы с зубами настоятельно рекомендую эту клинику! Прошел весь курс лечения за два дня. Если бы еще раз приходилось лечить зубы, это было бы только в Метро дентал! Alex is perfect doctor, a Pro in his trait !

  I may have inadvertently rated Dr..Alex and Metro Implant Studio a low rating.. this was a gross error ...Dr. Alex finished installing 3 over 6 on my lowers and 1 over 6 for my uppers over two.years ago .. I am.at his Studio right now - early for an 8:30 appointment. Normally the office opens at 9;00 Dr. Alex starts his much deserved vacation next week - but where I have a small problem with an abutment - Dr..Alex is going to meet with me earlier than normal to make adjustments. This is demonstrative of his care and professionalism with his patients. I have nothing but accolades for Alex and his entire staff at Metro.Dental Timothy Deese. Btw : I traveled here from New Hampshire for the dental work ...

  I have been to many different dentist’s and my experience has never been better than with metro dental. I would strongly recommend to all. 10/10
