  As an Aging LIfe Care Manager, I am always looking for high quality home care options to share with my clients and their families. This past fall, I brought in Home Instead to help provide support for one of my younger clients with dementia. From the very first phone call, I have enjoyed great communication about the care needs of my client. Donna Ings and Kathy Butler are simply fantastic, and the caregivers that have worked with my client have been a wonderful (and essential) support in helping to keep my client at home safely. I have worked with many home care agencies in my career, and this is a truly talented team. I won't hesitate to refer future clients to Home Instead in Lexington.

  Words can not express how professional yet kind and caring Kathy Butler and her staff were during a difficult time. They promptly responded to inquiries and did a home assessment in 24 hours to arrange emergency 24/7 healthcare. Our loved one passed before needing care, yet they still followed up with empathy and kindness. All without payment. I would not hesitate to use them in the future and only wish that we contracted their services in the past.

  Barbara had lived at home for 9 years before needing a memory care facility. She entered one in Lexington, MA four- and one-half years ago. A few days after a fall, we hired Home Instead of Lexington. It was a great decision. Barbara’s one-on-one caregivers were personable, caring and dedicated to her comfort, safety, social contact, exercise and joy of life. They helped with facility tasks and were a constant joy to both of us. I do not believe Barbara would have lived as long or without anxiety with out Home Instead. Their office staff were helpful often and in many ways. A top-notch organization from top to the online caregivers.

  My husband used the services provided by Home Instead for several years as he needed help with getting dressed, taking showers and walking outside. The agency is well run by Kathy, Donna and now, David. Steve handled any scheduling changes with attention to detail. They were responsive to our requests and sensitive to Michael’s needs. Check ups on his progress were initiated by Donna while David was an excellent caregiver who provided friendship as well as care. This was a most important component of the relationship between client and home health aide in my opinion.

  Home Instead cared for my sister with compassion, dignity and kindness. Every caregiver allowed her to continue living with comfort and joy, and for that we are forever grateful to them! Thank you for being like family!.....A+++++
