  It was convenient and easy to schedule the appoint. Easy check-in, I was taken in on time. The employees are very friendly and professional, and the place is clean.

  The people were nice enough and I was seen for my walk-in almost right away, but I've never had a blood draw be that painful and my vein got blown so badly that the whole inside of my elbow was bruised. I have skinny arms and the complexion of printer paper. You can see my veins from space.

  Upon my arrival I entered my information into the kiosk. I immediately saw my name on the white board and the time of my appointment. I was called 9 minutes earlier than my appointment time. The technician was knowledgeable and very personable. When she had finished drawing my blood she asked that I verify the information on the labels to be correct. She placed these labels on the tubes, applied a square of gauze to my arm along with some cloth tape. Very efficient experience.

  Once I arrived I entered my information into the kiosk. I saw my name appear on the board with my appointment time. I was taken 9 minutes earlier than my appointment time. The technician was knowledgeable about the procedure and personable as well. When she finished drawing my blood she had me check my labels to make sure the information was correct. She then placed these labels onto the tubes she had drawn. Very efficient.

  The purpose of my visit was a pre-employment urine drug screen. I was easily able to make my appointment a few days before. Signing in was also relatively easy and quick. Once I signed in, I was quickly called back to provide the specimen. Your lab attendant was extremely friendly and professional. She explained the process and facilitated it quickly and professionally. I unfortunately cannot recall her name but she spoke with a southern accent. Once the process was completed, I was ready to leave when another attendant was at the desk who also was very friendly and professional. I had a great experience.
