Have to wait for equipment every visit, and I usually go at the least busy time. Staff is friendly and keeps equipment clean, but that’s not enough to warrant any additional stars here. Have been to many PF locations, this one is near the bottom for sure.

There are liquids stuck to the shower walls that are there visit after visit, the handicapped shower is the smallest one of the showers and the bench in it is mildew and gross. The changing room is equipped with a broken folding chair and stickers that have been on the walls for months. There is a piece of scotch tape that is eye height, half stuck, for weeks. Dudes are gross, I get it, but more and extra effort needs to be put into cleanliness. It doesn’t matter if it when the place opens or closes, these issues are there. This is not a staffing issue, or revenue ($172 million in 2024) this is a management issue and a lack of pride that has trickled down to employees. Also there has been a dead fly stuck to the changing room wall for at least 30 days. Fix this and start caring, period. Regarding the planet fitness reply: I don’t work for you, I’m a customer, you need to contact the manager and tell them to clean the place. Your canned response is a disappointment at best.
