I had travelled quite a distance to see her and I must say she is the best eye doctor I have ever had. She performed her exam thoroughly and explained all the information with clarity. She knew I use loupes for dentistry and understood my goals. Dean helped me find some great frames and Addie did my measurements right away. Everything about this experience was delightful. The optician who helped me, I didn't get her name, was friendly, authentic, and fun. We bonded over our age -- 57 -- and how we both liked bold glasses. My daughter's experience was just as good. The doctor was personable and they bonded over their interest in medicine. Not only did we achieve our goals that day, we had fun doing it and feel like we made new friends. We're looking forward to our new glasses but the highlight was our very positive experience at Lenscrafters.
