  Great south shore yoga studio with no attitude. Sometimes it feels a little cramped, but certainly not every time.

  Just attended my first Asana retreat for the greatest yoga moments. We were instructed with two instructors being available to use hands on and reiki,truly AMAZING! We were able to move slowly and able to tweak our postures-helping guide our bodies into better position-yoga moments were had.. have been a member since the opening over five years ago. This place is inclusive to all, it’s one of my favorite places. Thank you 😎😊

  I recently took two classes at YogaSix in Kingston with Pam — Slow Flow Yoga and Restorative Yoga — and had a wonderful experience. The studio environment was very relaxing and calm, with soft lighting and peaceful music that made it easy to unwind and focus on the practice. It had been about 10 years since I last did yoga, so I was a little nervous getting back into it, but Pam made the classes feel welcoming and comfortable. I really appreciated the gentle pace and supportive atmosphere. It was a great way to ease back into yoga, and I’m looking forward to continuing my practice here!

  I recently came back to YogaSix after taking about a year off, and it honestly felt so good to be back — especially in John’s class! John is such a welcoming and supportive instructor. Even after being away for a while, I never felt out of place or behind. His cues are clear, his energy is positive, and he does a great job offering options so everyone can move at their own pace. He somehow makes the class both challenging and fun at the same time. The studio still has that same great vibe I remembered — clean, friendly, and motivating. Coming back reminded me why I loved practicing here in the first place. If you’re thinking about returning after a break (or trying it for the first time), I definitely recommend John’s class. It feels like coming home.
