Besides that they have a nice section for light weight lifters downstairs and upstairs they have a good amount of machines and free weights.

I went in on a Monday, and the same water bottle was in the same spot that it was in on that Saturday!!!! I kid you not. There is a school directly across from this gym, and let me tell you, those kids be in there playing around, sitting on the machines while using their phones, not Even using the machine!! Meanwhile I'm trying to get my workout in!! The people at the front desk are always on their phones, never speak. There is 1 black guy with glasses,he is THE ONLY professional worker there. I am currently looking for a different location because this one, is for kids and the birds
