Scheduled both my children’s appointment on June 30th after their cleaning. they text me in DECEMBER 3 DAYS BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT to cancel because they are closed. Not a call a TEXT ! You didn’t know you were going to be closed before 3 days !? The most frustrating part no accommodation. Manager too busy for the phone and they tell you to call cooperate ! Saying the soonest next availability is in JULY ! Absolutely ridiculous especially when you take time off of work! Anywho I called smileland in Roslindale not only were they sympathetic they were accommodating and got both of my kids scheduled this Friday like the appointment they were originally would have had at this place. Oh and the best part !? This is not the first time this has happened here so unless you like to be inconvenienced please look elsewhere !
