Very professional, And you're very helpful. But you definitely should get an appointment which is easy to do on their app.

Quest is a wonderful service. Appointments are easy to make and the staff is very competent and professional. Signing in is easy and the wait time is reasonable. I would definitely recommend Quest.

I never leave reviews, but this experience was bad enough that I can’t help myself. Waited hours in a waiting room with someone who had zero boundaries and their kid who kept spilling water from the waiting room fountain everywhere. When I went in to do my test I was told I was supposed to have my order printed but nobody directed me to do so beforehand, and I ended up having to personally email the order to the clinician so it could be printed out because they couldn’t find it in their system. My drug test came back with a false positive. Urine samples are just left unsupervised in a bucket in the bathroom. I don’t know if that’s standard procedure because I’ve never had to test before, but it seems reckless. I tried to call quest about my test results but their phone service has no human contact and there’s no receptionist in the clinic (would have been helpful if there was a human who wasn’t behind a locked door to ask for assistance with the other person who would not leave me alone or to go back to and ask about my results), only a tablet for checking in. Automated phone recording directs you to their website with generic, unhelpful answers. There is supposedly a chat service, and I don’t know if it was temporarily down, but I couldn’t find it regardless of refreshing the page multiple times on desktop or mobile. Absolutely dysfunctional and as someone who has never done drugs, the false positive was one of the most anxiety inducing experiences I’ve ever had. I spent two days worrying over possibly losing access to treatment I need and trying to contact quest to no avail. I don’t understand how they’re even allowed to practice.
