  Quiet, experienced, expedient staff of friendly women who knew exactly what frame to choose knowing their inventory. Optometrist also friendly and knowledgeable finalizing a prescription for my piano glasses. Excellent!

  I was very pleased with the staff at the Warby Parker. I first went to the Visionworks at the Cape Cod Mall at 3PM on a Monday afternoon and found the door locked with no sign posted explaining why the store was not open for business. As a longtime customer of Visonworks I tried calling the store and never was able to communicate with a human being or get any information as to when and if the store was going to be open for business. Therefore, I went to the Warby Parker across the street and was pleasantly surprised to receive great service. The staff greeted me as soon as I walked in and worked with me to find glasses that met my needs at a very reasonable price. It is clear that Warby Parker has some great employees at their Hyannis store that will help you find the right pair of glasses.
