- EEEric Ennes3 days ago1.0I’m a long time Warby Parker customer. I’ve been in many WB stores. Service here in Hyannis is SLOOOOOOWWWWW! Twice I have gone in for a simple adjustment and been asked to sign in and then told it will be “about a 5 minute wait”. The first time took 30 minutes, this time I waited 40 minutes and just walked out. The workers here are very inefficient and need to have more awareness of the MANY customers walking around the store waiting for service.
