    If I could give more stars I would. Mr. Donahue went above and beyond helping my boyfriends elderly mother get her hearing back. Not only did he immediately accomodate her with demo hearing aids, while waiting for her financial hardship application to go through so she could get discounted hearing aids, but he also was able to get her chargable hearing aids (we originally were told the only option would be battery operated hearing aids)but my boyfriends mother really likes the chargeable ones, so we asked if possible if he could try to get those kind and he made it happen!!😁She is so happy with her new hearing aids. They are also very good at keeping in touch if you have any problems or issues with the whole process. Even with a newly broken back Mr. Donahue didnt reschedule us or make us wait to be seen, he pushed through it all to make sure he kept his clients happy and healthy. So if you need new hearing aids I would highly recommend you go there. They treat you like family and also got snacks most of the time and water while u wait to be seen. Oh and the ac is real nice lol!

    Great service. Just went there for a hearing aid that wasn’t working. Jared was great. Replaced a part and l was on my way in 5 minutes.
