  I had a hearing test today with Darci, and I was truly impressed. She communicated clearly, listened carefully to my concerns, and never made me feel rushed. The level of service she provided was outstanding. The office itself was modern, clean, and very comfortable. I walked out feeling really confident in the care I received. I highly recommend Darci to anyone seeking excellent care.

  My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Darcy, the audiologist in Hopkinton, Ma. She truly goes above and beyond for her patients. Darcy takes the time to really listen and is incredibly patient, making sure all of your questions and concerns are addressed. She carefully adjusts hearing aids so they are comfortable and working properly, and she doesn’t rush the process. What I appreciated most is that she makes sure you’re completely set before you leave and schedules follow-ups to ensure everything continues to work well. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about her patients and wants the best outcome for them. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, patient, and dedicated audiologist, I highly recommend her.

  Darcy was wonderful, she made it very easy to pick the right unit, and then make the adjustments customized to my hearing (or lack of).

  I met Darcy yesterday for a hearing evaluation which resulted in her explaining the results. Based on an experience I had several years ago guiding my father through this process with a different audiologist, I was expecting heavy pressure to sign a sales order. We agreed that my currently mild hearing deficit was not critical and that we could monitor it over the next year or two before acquiring any hearing aids.

  I am a big advocate for getting hearing aids when needed. Not only will you hear more clearly, but for me the anxiety and fatigue that went along with struggling to hear dissipated. I have been to a number of audiologists but my experience with Hopkinton Audiology has been by far the best. First, it is a stress-free environment where Darcy is simply trying to improve your life; there is no hard sell. Darcy is knowledgeable about hearing challenges, the products and how current technology works and is wonderful and patient about educating you. She tests thoroughly and assists you in getting the product that is right for you functionally and financially including working with your insurance company. I highly recommend Hopkinton Audiology.
