Called and spoke to an associate one day prior to appointment and was told I would be Charged a $39 fee for retinal imaging and $40 for contact lens fitting (With a zero co-pay for the exam itself because they are a plus provider with my insurance) I am a returning patient and they had all of my information on file and at the time of the appointment I was charged $174 instead of the $79 as Promised the day prior. I could have gone elsewhere and had an exam done without using insurance and paid less money. Staff refused to adjust the price to what I was promised/quoted. I was overcharged by $95 or the visit and additionallyeven though I purchased glasses at the time of the visit, I was not provided with an itemized receipt or a copy of my prescription to go elsewhere.
