This was my first exam with National Eyecare Associates and it was a great experience! Dr Mika Stoparic was very knowledgeable and thorough. She addressed an ongoing issue I have with very specific advice.

From making my appointment to buying new glasses, my experience was great! Everyone in the store was super helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend going to the Holyoke Target optical shop!

The office was not forthright on the personal charges using Eyemed insurance. They told me only after my exam that I owed $54 for a checkup (that should’ve been free). They said there was an up charge for using a remote eye doctor!!! So if I saw a doctor in person (far better anyway), it would’ve been free!!. Doesn’t make sense…should be the opposite. The week before, they turned me away for being 13mins late (with no one else there waiting). 100% my fault for being late, but no reason they couldn’t have seen me as they sat there for the next 25 mins with no tiger patients. I will never go back there. The on-line doctor was good…the star was for her.

Why should I get an eye exam?

An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems.
