I got a response from the owner asking to reach out to the staff at this location with my complaint. Ok, fine. So I delete my review and talk with the staff. Mind you, I worked at the gym myself when I was younger, and I already had a pretty good idea that this responsibility wasn't on them anyway. Most gyms have outside cleaning companies for bathrooms and such. The blood stain that I complained about on the toilet from over a month ago is still there. There has been feces on the bathroom floor for about almost a WEEK now, despite talking with the staff about this multiple times. They confirmed my belief that they do in fact have an outside company that is responsible for this. Long story long, it's evident that no one has come to clean these bathrooms in OVER A MONTH. God knows how long this has been going on before I signed up. Is it not standard protocol to clean public facilities with thousands of members DAILY?? Shocking, honestly.
