  Very easy to schedule an appointment online. When I got there, it was easy to check in (I had a link on my phone, but other people used the kiosk). I liked that I could see the queue on the screen. When I was taken back (on time!), the phlebotomist was very kind and professional. It was clear she knew exactly what she was doing. I felt very confident that I was in good hands and she was able to explain what would happen after the appointment. She was very skilled and knowledgeable. Everything was very clean and organized. Overall, very well run! If I ever have to get blood drawn again, I’ll definitely come back here.

  The phlebotomist was very friendly and took my mind off of how much blood was being drawn. But. It hurt so bad at the time, even my wrist was hurting. The next day the bruising was crazy.

  I believe Quest was just fine, but it was probably the doctor gave poor instructions. Somehow I was required to go twice and fast twice, so the instructions ahead of time might have been clearer

  The woman who assisted and gave me her service was very nice; gave me a very warm, friendly welcome. wasn't there too long, the service was very quick

  GPS took me to the Holy Family hospital entrance, but this is not the correct building. Around the corner from the hospital entrance is a large white building labeled "Merrimack Medical Center." This is the correct building. The lab is on the second floor in suite 202. Rather than being between 201 and 203, 202 is further down the hall on the left. You enter into a waiting room where you will check in. I was taken care of right away and was in and out of the building in all of 5 minutes.
