I cannot express enough the amazing care my sister had while here. Our family was also treated lovingly by everyone we can into contact with. The facility was beautiful, clean and comfortable. We were so grateful to have such outstanding care during such an emotional and sad time.
My mother died there in February. Every person that I came into contact with was caring, compassionate, understanding, and informative. My Mom was able to be visited in a comfortable environment by her children, Grand-Children, and Great Grand-Children. I spent several nights there and was treated with kindness. The facility is wonderful but the nurses and people that work there are A++ in my book. Thank you for everything, listening to me and guiding us through that time. I'll never forget it.
During a heartbreakingly swift battle with terminal cancer, my husband received care at High Pointe Hospice Home in Haverhill, MA. From diagnosis to his final days, the whole process lasted less than a month, but the care he received during his 3 days in hospice were profoundly comforting to our entire family.
The atmosphere at High Pointe is calm and serene, surrounded by beautiful natural settings that brought us much peace. One of the moments we cherish most is being able to wheel my husband outside on his bed to feel the sun on his face one last time. The attention to detail—from the thoughtful decor to the landscape, and even the small comforts like cookies for visitors and tissues readily available—made a significant difference.
The staff's dedication to ensuring that he remained comfortable and pain-free did not go unnoticed. Their compassion extended especially to our two children, helping them navigate this difficult time with grace. The nurses provided care and dignity, embodying professionalism and empathy.
Located conveniently close to our home and with easy highway access, High Pointe Hospice Home made an overwhelming situation slightly more bearable. I am immensely grateful for their exemplary service and highly recommend them to anyone in need of compassionate end-of-life care.

My mother did not suffer In her last hours because of this beautiful place. Try it I promise you will not regret it
February 2018: This hospice house and the staff were awesome. My mom died in an uncaring nursing home, and I wish I had known about this place then. My dad came here in the last stages of cancer after I could no longer get him in and out of bed. They were fantastic with him, MUCH different than a nursing home. They took extremely good care of him, turning him properly to avoid pressure sores, gently washing him, always checking in on him, asking him if he needed or wanted anything, and feeding him as it progressed when he could no longer feed himself. Wonderful volunteers read the Bible to him as he requested, and sang to him. It was heavenly. There are special angels working here, all bent on making the last weeks/days of each life as pain-free and comfortable as possible. My dad deserved this, and that's what he received. I received hugs and tears upon my dad's death. I could not get there in time, so they held his hands and comforted him as he passed away. Thank you from my heart, High Pointe staff.
