  I can’t say enough positive things about my experience with Anna during my pregnancy. When I first started pelvic floor therapy, I was in a significant amount of pain—it was affecting my daily life and making it difficult to stay active. From the very beginning, Anna made me feel heard, supported, and confident that things could improve. Over the course of all three trimesters, she adapted my care plan thoughtfully as my body and needs changed. Because of her expertise and personalized approach, I was able to maintain my active lifestyle throughout my pregnancy with minimal discomfort. This helped keep me and my baby healthy, and prepared me for an uncomplicated natural childbirth. Anna was also incredibly flexible with my schedule, which made a huge difference during such a busy and unpredictable time. She consistently went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Her professionalism, kindness, and deep knowledge are truly unmatched. I am so grateful for the care she provided and will forever appreciate the impact she had on my pregnancy experience. I highly recommend her to anyone in need of pelvic floor therapy.

  I worked with Anna for months doing Pelvic Floor PT. I cannot say enough good things about my experience! She is so comfortable to be around and is so kind + professional. I've never felt so listened to and heard by a provider. She is so knowledgeable and is so educational as well. She is very patient. Also, she was extremely accommodating to my schedule and my needs. I had most positive experience ! Thank you Anna!

  I've been going here since November for an ankle injury,When you arrive your greeted and your wait time is usually within 5 minutes,I see Annie and Ellie,Both are excellent,As I listen and look around all staff members are caring and give excellent care,Its always clean I would recommend Baystate pt to family and friends
