- HBHerbert BellDec 20, 20222.0Not a lot of attention paid to inconsistencies in a prescription. Prescription stated 1 pill every six hour for 20 days for post surgical pain. To me, doing simple math that would add up to 120. Quantity provided was less than half that amount(#52). I don’t know who provided the 52 to go by but I would think an observant pharmacist would pick up on those inaccuracies and make a call to doctor’s office! This is the second time I’ve been shorted by the pharmacy on this same medication. Last prescription they didn’t have enough stock of med on hand so gave me what they had and told my wife to come back in a couple days for the balance of quantity from prescription. When she returned, they told her they couldn’t give the balance of pills due on the prescription because of something about time passed?
