- JSJeff StoddardDec 10, 20191.0I was a 20 year custom of this Pearl Vision location. I purchased new lenses in 2018 (half-rim). Both were defective- fractures in the lens at the framed (top) portion of the lense. One was replaced last fall. I was unable to get the other one taken care of in a timely manner due to a life-threatening illness in my family. They were unwilling to help fix the issue (not a replacement, at cost, etc.), even with a full explanation of the circumstances. Won’t return, and I suggest you avoid.
