- MMMarkNov 14, 20241.0Due a medication shortage I have to call the pharmacy every month to see if they have my medication in stock before my doctor sends in the order, several times now I've called this pharmacy and been told "yes we have it in stock" only to get there the next day and be told "Oh sorry we don't have that, we had it ordered but the order didn't come". I understand mistakes happen sometimes, but this has happened several times now and it's infuriating. If you call this pharmacy to check if they have your meds MAKE SURE to ask them twice if they actually physically have it in stock, or if they just have it ordered.. med shortages are annoying enough without this extra headache.
