Some locations have a degree of disinterested personnel and we understand why. But this location in general (and Shelby specifically) are really on top of their game. It’s hard to describe, but you know it when you’re in their gym. It is a very, VERY good feeling. Also, kudos on the new rowing machine that is also setting a new standard.

- DHDylan HallSep 19, 20255.0I've been going there for over 10 years now. I use different PFs when I travel and no matter where I go, Gardner is ALWAYS the cleanest I've ever been to. Seems like they update equipment every now and then which is great. It can get crowded as its a pretty popular spot and it seems like they have too many machines at the moment so you can be right on top of someone else at the next machine. Bathrooms are always clean. Staff are always attentive and extremely friendly.

Do not workout here unless you have noise cancelling headphones, but even those will not block out the music entirely. Do not try to listen to shows or podcasts you will not be able to hear unless on max volume.
