She went above and beyond on communication, documentation and making sure I had everything and it was correct to process the initial order. It took about 40 days from the initial order to the cubby bed being delivered and assembled in my home. Her patience and detail to get me what I needed is remarkable. To know my daughter will be safe in her Cubby bed because Kadijah made it possible. From a single mother of a disabled child I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️ for making this successful. God a bless you.

- MPMary PedersonSep 2, 20251.0I hate to be the person to give this kind of review but time and time again this facility shows me how unsupportive they are. I have unfortunately have had to work with them for about 4 years now and they do not make it easy. I am currently waiting about 30 minutes just to talk to someone to schedule a time to come in as my son's seat for his gait trainer has been there for almost 2 weeks now. I have called and left voicemails and not one person has contacted me back. My son also has an adaptive stroller and this past year, one of the pieces of it broke off, it took them 6 months for them to come to my house to repair it and come to find out, the person I spoke to via phone and email ordered the wrong piece for his stroller so we had to wait ANOTHER month or so to get this small piece of his stroller replaced. Overall, not happy at all with our experience. With my son's terminal illness, life is already very hard and NSM makes it even harder and more frustrating as my son's adaptive equipment is needed to thrive.
