This is the most welcoming studio. Arium is an excellent instructor and I always leave feeling energized.

So I loved this place. Absolutely loved it. Super convenient and all the instructors are amazing and there is a real sense of wanting to help.
I unfortunately was put in a place where I just couldn’t schedule exercise, and I was unable to make it to any classes. Mid billing cycle I cancelled my membership and shared some very vulnerable reasons why. They convinced me to pause the membership but I changed my mind and cancelled. I hoped to return, because I loved it. They were very supportive and offered me to come back without repaying the enrollment fee.
Imagine my surprise when I was charged for another month (on top of the one I couldn’t use) as well as a hold fee. It just stinks. I am losing work hours so my paycheck isn’t great, and I have huge medical bills. I did ask them about the charge and I think they will remove the hold fee and said I was good to go. I expected them to be surprised at the monthly charge. But they weren’t.
I will not be comfortable going back. Again, personally they were wonderful, and I would never tell anyone not to go there. You should expect to pay for another month even after canceling.
I’m seriously sad.

I’ve been a member at 2 other club pilates studios and the franklin location was a mess. The 1.5 classes i took were not challenging and each time the teacher made a big deal out of me being pregnant …so much so that i found it very uncomfortable. The second time i could hear the teacher loudly complaining about me to a staff member within ear shot that i should have let her know sooner in the class i was pregnant. Being 5 months along, barely showing and maintaining a very fit and active lifestyle — I had no problem with taking the class or making adjustments. The first class i took, the teacher insisted you couldn’t take 1.5 classes during your second trimester and the front desk staff wasn’t aware of that rule. I stood there for 10 minutes while they argued back and forth if i was allowed to take classes or not. I can understand a studio policy and would respect if (& i’m sure the owner will comment on this review regarding any existing policy) but as a small business owner myself, there’s a way to make a customer feel welcome while honoring a policy. It should also be clear to all staff members. FTR pilates is highly recommended for all stages of pregnancy and post partum — my doctor actually recommended i start going daily for a smooth delivery. I gave the studio a second shot because it’s 10 min from my house but I found both experiences off putting….. on top of the front desk staff having no education or awareness of the cost of class packs and specials. I tried to book a monthly unlimited membership after both classes and no one seemed to know what my total should be or the rules of the membership. I left both times because I couldn’t stand there for 15 minutes while they figured it out and had appointments to get to. Overall very disorganized and rude staff. I will be driving twice the distance to different studio just to avoid going back here.
