- AMA. MarinsMar 31, 20261.0What kind of policy prevents a patient from changing their primary care provider, even if they’re unhappy with the care they’re receiving? That’s completely unacceptable. Patients should have the right to feel comfortable and confident with their provider, and policies like this undermine that trust.

The front desk man does not allow me to make appointment for my brother, who have asked me to call the clinic to make appointment on his behalf because my brother doesn’t speak English. Obviously, if my brother can speak English to make appointment for himself, then I don’t need to call for him. No common sense and heartless at this practice.
