The lady who work there was very nice. They only complain is. Is it too sad that they don’t take walk-ins after certain time I got there at 3:30 and they have a sign that they don’t take walk-ins after that

I dread bloodwork but Glory was so quick and painless! She made the process so easy.

Unfortunately, my order was not visible to the tech when I arrived at my appointment. The main problem is that the patient has no way of knowing before they arrive if the order is 'in the system'. Then, the tech says to have the doc office reorder or refax, but the fax might take 5 minutes, or 5 hours because it doesn't go to the exact location you are in. High marks to the tech who was VERY patient and helpful. However the process was immensely frustrating because no one was able to tell in advance if the order went through- not the doc, not me, not the tech. Quest should make active orders visible on the patients portal so they can address the problem with the provider before they get there!

Hello, good afternoon to whomever this message is addressed. I want to let you know that in my 46 years I have never had this experience. I felt humiliated, discriminated against, and treated like trash. My son had to take a drug test for a new job. The company sent us to Framiham, an hour's drive. Before leaving, we called and asked if they could see walk-ins. They said yes. We arrived and waited for an hour and a half when a nurse came out with a piece of paper in her hand. She was Hispanic, with red hair, stood in the middle of the room, and yelled very loudly, "I will only see people with appointments, and everyone has to leave. I am very tired. I am not seeing anyone else today." My son told her, "I already checked in." She said, "You have to leave. I don't want to see anyone else. I have already seen 30 patients, and I am very tired." It was only 2:45 pm, and I just went to ask her something. She said, "Who are you?" I said, "His mother." She yelled at me, "You shut up! I'm not talking to you. He is the patient." I said, "He is my son." She said, "I don't care. Shut your mouth and get out of this room." Humiliated, I told her, "You're very bold. You can't yell like that." There were elderly people, some as old as 80, and she was yelling at them like dogs. She said, "You know I'm not going to see you just because I don't feel like it. I'm very tired." I begged her, saying, "I canceled the chemotherapy appointment. I have cancer, I'm tired, and I drove for an hour. My son has a job opportunity to help me, why can't I?" She refused, telling me to shut my mouth, yelling. I pleaded with her, and she told me to leave or she would call the police. I told her yes, go ahead, call them because we hadn't done anything wrong. She told me to shut my mouth. My body was trembling. I left crying. My son lost the opportunity to take the exam. My dignity was shattered. We were humiliated by this person who treated us like garbage. They can't tell me she doesn't see patients because she was tired. That's not fair. I'm going to take personal action. This can't be like this! Nooo, a total disgrace! Honestly, because of one person, I had a panic attack. My son... I was crying. I'd never heard a woman scream or mistreat a human being like this. If anyone reads this message, I hope they are never in their life discriminated against or mistreated by a Latino person who is paid by the hour to do their job and takes over people's lives.

I made an appointment online, but when I got there, the phlebotomist almost skips my turn. So, I asked if she was behind the time. Before she answered me, I was called by a second phlebotomist (Maria). She asked me if I had lab slips because there was not information for my tests in the system. I provided her with the lab slips because I am a VA customer. The system does not allow me to write or select an option as a VA customer. Please add this option on the system because we are many VA customers using Quest Diagnostics at the Framingham location. Thank you.
