    The lab hours say 8:30am-5:00pm. So it is 8:40. Why is nobody here? This happened last time too

    They reschedule appointments without telling you, then make you drive an hour to get there with no appointment. Simply ridiculous.

    Medical practice does not welcome non- English speaking patients. The front desk man does not allow me to make appointment for my brother, who have asked me to call the clinic to make appointment on his behalf because my brother doesn’t speak English. Obviously, if my brother can speak English to make appointment for himself, then I don’t need to call for him. No common sense and heartless at this practice.

    After my third physician left the practice I made an appointment to meet a new doctor. It was coded as "follow up extended visit" in the portal and was told (after a significant hold time during my work day) that it was because a new doctor could not provide me an annual physical / preventative care appointment and it would be "at their discretion." I then asked how much it would cost and was provided the number of the billing department. After another few minutes holding on a new number they couldn't help me so was provided the number of the estimate department. They could help me (finally!) and was told it would cost over $400 with coinsurance. Maybe that's my abysmal health insurance but I am essentially being charged to "meet" a new doctor. If it was preventative care (which is what I need) I would not be assessed that cost. This was the last straw for me. I am being harmed by multiple doctors leaving the practice, poor continuation in care, and poor communication from office staff. I have been a patient here for over 7 years and will now be leaving. Who knows when/if I will find another PCP because that in itself is a challenge but I would not recommend this practice.
