  I had an excellent experience with Sherril F. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive. The doctor was very thorough during my eye exam, took the time to explain everything clearly, and answered all of my questions without rushing. I truly felt heard and well cared for.

  I typically re-order contact lenses at the beginning of every year and then forget about the process until January of the following year. In past years, I have had challenges with other optical companies, but my experience at Target Optical today was one of the best experiences I’ve had not only from an eyewear perspective, but from a Customer Service experience. Rebekah at Target Framingham optical walked me through a step-by-step the process of ordering new glasses and new contact lenses. She was helpful, patient, insightful, and comforting. I mean it when I say, this was one of the best Customer Service experiences that I’ve had in years. Thank you Rebekah!
