    I made a 9am appointment which is the earliest available ones in the morning. It's 9:30 now and I'm still waiting to be seen by a provider. This is unacceptable and when I told the medical assistant (an Asian male with very short statue) that I will be late for a 10am meeting, he asked whether I want to cancel today in a very rude tone. I ended up leaving at 9:40 without receiving the service. That clinic is problematic. They accept multiple appointments at the same time but there's only one medical staff who is available to see patients. This results in long wait but unfortunately they refuse to admit they wasted people's time. Not an effectively run place and certainly not equipped for any urgent medical situations. People working there need to receive trainings in customer service and learn how to be professional. They need to learn how to do their jobs and respect customers' time. I will tell everyone I know never to visit that clinic.

    Had a great experience today at the Framingham location. Not only was I seen early (an hour before my scheduled appointment), but my entire visit from start to finish was handled in the most professional manner by Mirzada and Dr. Berg! Thanks so much! (Vielen Dank!)

    Great experience!!! First time visiting I’ve tried many different doctor office but this by far stands alone amazing service. Everyone was very personal. Dr. Karthik is a true professional and real down to earth! Elvis was personable and very kind. I walked out forgetting to get a shot that was needed and Dr. Karthik and Elvis ran out and damn near jumped in front of my car to make sure I received the shot I had come in for. I will definitely be back. Thank you for the great service.
