  Historically bloodwork is a nightmare for me, the gentleman who did my blood draw was phenomenal. Personable, skilled, efficient, and kind. I was taken back as soon as I checked in. A shockingly pleasant experience.

  The lab tech who drew my blood was a delight. Friendly, personable, respectful. Couldn't have been nicer. And he did a great job taking my blood

  Jorge was AWESOME! I only waited 1 or 2 minutes before being called after checking in. He was friendly, informative, and made me feel safe. We went over the insurance info and I left knowing an estimate of what my insurance would cover. When it came time for the blood draw, I was anxious because I have a needle phobia. He calmed me down and distracted me with small talk. He is incredibly skilled as a phlebotomist and I barely felt the needle. My results came back quick and were posted that night to the portal. I highly recommend this laboratory! Super clean, efficient, and staffed by people who care. Thank you so much!

  Whoever works the front desk/also draws the blood must not be a registered nurse. Ive only had pain getting my bloodwork done when Ive been here and beyond that the sign in process is always extra complicated because they blame me for my name being spelled wrong in their system when they have a robot who books your appointments over the phone. I recommend going to an actual doctor if you can, I was forced to go here because I wasn't near my primary care.
