  RUDE!!! I am fully understanding as to why my elderly father had to be turned away from his appointment today (he was unaware that he wet his pants, and I didn’t know until I was walking behind him down the hall). I do not blame quest for denying service, but the way it was handled was so incredibly condescending and rude!!! This person obviously hates people, and I would not hire her for ANY job and ESPECIALLY not in any healthcare setting! I’m super appalled at the lack of respect and the most basic amount of dignity that was denied to my 92-year-old, blind, deaf and physically fragile father. It takes a lot of energy to get him to his appointments and the lack of respect or care for him is unfathomable! I am beyond angry and I hope this lady finds another job. She hates this one.

  My mom recently visited Quest Diagnostics for some testing, and she had a really positive experience. Jorge, who assisted her, was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the process. He made sure she felt comfortable and clearly explained everything. It’s not always easy going in for medical tests, but Jorge’s professionalism and compassion truly stood out. My mom left feeling cared for and appreciated, thank you for the great service!

  Zero customer service. If there were more competition in the area this Quest would not exist.

  I mistakenly showed up a week early... cld my PCP office from there to see if I was covered by insurance which they said YES I was. So the nice Lady/Nurse fit me in, although I got there for 9:00 she got me in shortly around 10:40 instead of having to wait until 11:30 as a walk in :) much appreciated. Also, as I had to do a 12 hour fast... thus a few hours longer ... there is a Dunkin Donuts right there where I got breakfast to go... :)

  Had a great bloodletting at quest diagnostics today... Normal physical blood test done in like 5 minutes only waited for 4 minutes to be seen... I think his name was George. George did a fantastic job, very happy person. Very positive outlook and made everything seem okay. Highly recommend this quest diagnostics facility, especially if you get lucky enough to have George. Well-run facility clean and expertly done operations it seems. I've also had another couple women there take my blood and they were extremely friendly as well. Really great staff there.
