  I always have a good experience here, but this week they get my 5-star review. Ruthie saved me $241 by noticing that my doctor had failed to provide a diagnosis code for a non-essential test, with the result that my insurance company would not pay for it. She gave me the option of omitting the test, which I did, and printed a form for me to take to my doctor that explains what happened. Ruthie is always friendly, efficient, and super-competent but this time she saved me a boatload of money too!

  I have been to summer st quest lab serveral times and ive had a women named Ruthie each time she is very nice and good at her job. The last time I went in she had already left and was walking in the parking lot to her car. After telling her i needed to grab somthing she went back to open back up to help me. So thankful!

  The person who posted that last review, has given the majority of businesses pretty low marks. I actually went to have blood drawn yesterday and Olivia helped me. She was super nice, she was actually the only person there and and t there was no wait. I don't know where this woman learned to draw blood but they should be very proud of her because she she was so quick and efficient and I barely felt a thing.
