It can be tough to get on certain machines during peak hours as there are a lot of people there. It can be frustrating to want to use a certain machine, and be unable to because a person is sitting on it, not exercising, but texting. I don't mean an OMW quick text, but a 10 minute exchange. Very inconsiderate. The staff is not very involved. Primarily they stand behind the counter and talk to each other
