My kids have been patients of this practice for over 10 years. I’ve never met a single provider or staff member who wasn’t friendly, helpful, respectful, and utterly devoted to what is best for my kids. I couldn’t be happier to see the new vaccination policy, and appreciate so much that the doctors continue to prioritize scientific fact and the health of my children. I’ll continue to recommend you to every new parent I meet. Thank you for everything you do for our kids. ❤️

I have been going to this practice since I was born, and have brought my kids there as well. I loved being able to bring my kids and feeling like my choices as a parent were respected. Unfortunately, the new policy that just went into place is trying to take away rights from parents making the best decision for their children. What was once a practice that cared more about the patients than the money is no longer. Please keep in mind when looking into Pediatricians, pediatricians work for you, not the other way around. they should not have the power to dictate your decisions for you and your child. If I could give zero stars I would.

(Just as I suspected, a bunch of…) Families should stay far away from this office. Their new policy is a disgraceful act of coercion, forcing children to undergo a massive, invasive series of medical procedures just to stay on their patient roster. We are leaving this practice immediately because we refuse to let them bully us into violating our parental rights and our informed choices regarding our children's health. Absolutely no parent should be subjected to the ultimatum we received. They claim to care about "science," yet they are clearly just following the mandates of a corrupt medical establishment that is more interested in compliance than in the well-being of individual patients. This is not medical care; it is an authoritarian power trip. Gross incompetence is on full display here. Any doctor who prioritizes a rigid, state-approved schedule over a transparent, collaborative relationship with the families they serve has lost their way. They are effectively telling parents that their concerns are irrelevant and that they are mere subjects to be managed by the pharmaceutical-industrial complex. Gone are the days when pediatricians listened to parents with respect and nuance. This practice has abandoned the duty of care in favor of bureaucratic obedience, turning a place that should be a sanctuary for children into a site of clinical indoctrination. Do not trust them with your children's medical freedom. Only a fool would continue to support a business that treats patients as assembly-line products. The staff here has become completely detached from the needs of families, replacing genuine medical advice with the cold, unthinking application of a "one-size-fits-all" model that serves the interests of outsiders rather than the children in their waiting room. Take your business elsewhere. Find a practice that respects your bodily autonomy and recognizes that the primary responsibility for a child’s health lies with the parents, not the American Academy of Pediatrics. Protecting your family from this kind of institutional arrogance is a necessary step for anyone who values liberty and truth. Stay far away if you value your peace of mind and your child's future. By forcing these mandates, they have destroyed the foundation of trust required for a doctor-patient relationship. We have already moved to a clinic that respects our decisions, and we strongly advise every other family in this community to follow suit before they are pushed out or coerced into submission.

I was a patient at this office since birth, and all of my kids have followed suit. We’ve always loved care we’ve received here especially from Neil, Dr Nordstrom, and Dr B. It’s been one of the few offices that has respected parents medical decisions for their kids, until now. They have abruptly, without warning or discussion, updated their policies to ostracize those who choose to delay or avoid immunizations. Sadly, after 36 years, we will be severing our relationship with pediatric services and taking our business elsewhere. To an office that allows parents to be parents, without making them feel “less than.”

We’ve had great experiences with most of the doctors and staff here which is why this situation is very upsetting. To receive an email at night informing us that starting the very next day, the practice would no longer accept my children as patients because they are not vaccinated. My children are extremely healthy and as a parent, I take their health very seriously and make the decisions I believe are best for them. It’s honestly hurtful to lose a provider we trusted simply because our family made a different medical choice. I believe medical decisions should remain a personal choice and should never come through forced or pressured! It’s extremely disappointing that families who make different health decisions are no longer welcomed.
