  Whitney was my tech and she is excellent. So professional, knowledgeable, excellent customer service skills and an upbeat very pleasant manner. Her blood draws are painless!

  Today’s visit was the best ever! I don’t know why all your Phlebotomist are not this great? She was a human being and happy and joyful and not in a horrible mood and taking it out on me as many of your Phlebotomist are unfortunately. This Phlebotomist is the type you need to hire somebody who is a happy person and treats people with respect and kindness. :-) please hire more people like her and have her as a trainer or supervisor to spread the joy…

  Been in there a lot over the years. I'd rather be doing most other thanks than getting my blood drawn, but Quest has always been A+ for me. Easy check-in, and the phlebotomists always seem friendly and competent. The only thing I DISlike there is the occasional rudeness of the customers themselves: people getting their bloodwork. C'mon, people...
