  Mark is amazing! He has treated both my daughter for reoccurring ankle sprains and myself for chronic shoulder pain that I thought for sure I would need surgery on. I appreciate that he would try multiple pathways to solving the problem areas - and it worked!! Cannot recommend enough and so thankful that he had been recommended to us by another family.

  After weeks and months of going to physical therapy to rehab a pulled hamstring Jonny was cleared to play again. First scrimmage back guess what? He pulled it again. Right back to not playing. All that time spent and he was no better off. It was incredibly frustrating and he was running out of time. Fortunately another parent saw what happened, listened to our story and said, "we know a guy." We called Dr. Powicki next day and the rest is history. Immediately following our first visit we knew it would be different. Why? Dr. Powicki is a former college athlete and can relate to kids like Jonny who aspire to play at the next level. He said right up front we are not going to fix your hamstring today. We are going to fix what is causing your hamstring problem. Your feet! That's different. We never had anybody say anything about his feet creating problems in his hamstring before? Well turns out that's the best advice we ever received. Jonny is fast and explosive and because his feet were off his hamstrings were getting fried. We fixed the core problem and he successfully made it through a grueling fall soccer season playing most of the minutes and injury free. Champions to boot! Dr. Powicki wants the best for his athletes so they can play to their potential. We were there primarily for the hamstring issue but, if Jonny took a knock on his knee, or his back was tight it was seamless to add that treatment right into the session. He truly became part of Jonny's journey back to health. He answers all your questions and makes himself available whenever you need anything. In fact, we once showed up at his house so Jonny could get his ankles taped before a match! I could not recommend him more. Mark Osinski

  Myself and my family have been seeing Mark for about 20 years now. My mom was the first to see Mark sighting problems with her feet, knees and lower back. Due to Marks incredible knowledge and dedication to making time for patients and making custom orthotics my mom was able to heal from these issues being left pain free and with correct posture. My father and I have also seen Mark for many sports related injuries. Mark is so incredibly knowledgeable, personable and dedicated to his work. Highly recommended to anyone looking to be pain free and live a healthier, happier life!

  I had heel pain for several years. I tried every over the counter orthotic . Went to a podiatrist who sold me a generic orthotic . I tried an acupuncturist . I did shockwave . I was going to get surgery but figured I’d try physical therapy . That’s when I met Mark. He was positive he could cure my heel pain without surgery. He asked me to give him a try. He first taped my foot and within days I felt some relieve . This was going in tne direction of better. I then ordered the custom orthotic . It took some time to get use to it but the pain was less and less . Before I knew it I realized I had no pain. Zero. I was so happy I could cry. 3 years of waking up and wincing my way to the bathroom. Finally gone. I would highly recommend Mark who I now consider my friend. Thanks Mark ❤️

  Went to see Mark with hip pain issues. All I can say is he worked magic! I was told I need a hip replacement and Mark kept me out of surgery for 2 years. Also the work he did pre and past surgery helped my recovery go quickly and smoothly.
