    I have been kicked out from this practice by nurse practitioner Charmy Patel.,, The reason for kicking me out of her practice is because my diabetes are better. At the time of last appointment, my A1c was actually going up from 6.2 to 6.9. What happened to medicine that prevents worsening of situation with the health? So much for the “healthcare” by Charmy Patel. Go ahead ,when your diabetes becomes critical ,affects your cardio health and everything else then you come back. Can you believe this?

    I have had good experiences at this facility. I have had type 1 diabetes for 57 years. Dr Zwerling was excellent. He retired and now I see Dr Lokhandwala. I am impressed with her knowledge & professionalism.

    Low quality and impersonal care. Prescription refill was never completed after multiple requests. Blood work was never gone over despite requests. My request to cancel a future appointment has taken 3 separate communications to complete (still not sure if it's actually cancelled). Biggest concern though: without informing me, explaining why, discussing options, or giving me an opportunity to ask questions, voice my concerns, or be part of my own health care decisions - a new prescription for a STATIN drug was put through to my pharmacy and ready for pick up within 24 hours of a 5 minute phone appointment. I found this to be irresponsible, dangerous, and unnecessary for my health. I will never go back here and I will grudgingly pay the copay.
