Please please please don't trust this office! I'm pregnant for the first time, had my first appointment where things weren't too great. They sent me off and when the time came I actually had a miscarriage, their on call doctor never called me back just sat back while on the clock, while I was in agonizing pain. THE 12 HOUR mark was reached writing this message.
Absolutely unacceptable and disgusting they offer a resource they can't fulfill. Go to an office that cares, is compassionate, and has the decency to actually answer you and help. Think of the care you want for your future child and reconsider immediately, unless you don't want support then this is the perfect place for you!

This evening I accompanied my sister to complete her short-term disability forms and I am so disgusted by how the receptionist Judi spoke to her. I know people sometimes have a bad day but the way she spoke to her and treated her it seemed like my sister was a bother to her or something. Judi even said, “why can’t you just work like everyone else?” My sister explained to her that she was diagnosed with a condition that makes her sick and has dizzy spells and was medically taken out of work to look in her chart to get further info. I was completely appalled at how this women came out of no where treating her like this. Judi completely discriminated her and is a complete disgrace to Circle health. I have never seen someone treat another human being this way especially someone who was so kind and just trying to do what she can to survive while being sick. She didn’t choose to be sick you know. If you are looking to go here, run far far away!

I’m honestly still in shock at the way I was treated and I still don’t know where it came from or why. But this evening I went into the dracut office and was greeted kindly by the receptionist and I explained to her I was there to have my disability forms signed and finalized as I’ve been trying to communicate via my chart but haven’t had any luck with a response (not at all surprised as I’ve had a huge issue with communication on multiple occasions but try to give them the benefit of the doubt due to being over booked) but I waited for a response for two weeks and didn’t get one so I came into the office. The receptionist then informed me the person who handled any leave forms was Judy so had me sit and wait for her to become available. As soon as Judy became available and opened her window she was extremely rude and dismissive. I remained calm and although she was extremely disrespectful I remained showing her kindness because I genuinely need help as I’m relying on this in Order to survive since I am to sick to work with my Hypermesis diagnosis and since I am required to go into the hospital for Iv treatments 3 times a week Her
