  Arrived at about 2PM. Waited until after 330PM to be called to an exam room where a very nice LPN tool basic vital signed. Then… Sat in an exam room until 445PM During that time no one entered the exam room. A patient could literally suffer a severe medical emergency and die in that time period regardless of the original reason for visiting. This is a substandard level of care. I can’t comment on the care received because I did not wait any longer. However I did hear the staff singing ‘happy birthday’ to Emily while I sat in the exam room. So evidently a sense of urgency for patient/customer care is lacking. Totally unsatisfactory.

  Professional, courteous staff, wonderful doctors. Such a privilege to have the option is using this clinic when my own doctors office can’t see me quickly.
