Singular employee here, Erin, was awful. She was watching TV on her phone when I walked in and sat down, not realizing that I’m expected to check in on a computer and scan my own documents.
I explained that I had an early appt because I had to do fasting labs. She claimed that my paperwork was not a doctors order. She drew one of blood in anticipation of getting the order; despite me telling her that one vile would not be enough for all the tests that I needed. I had called my doctor 3xs times to get the lab order to her. She had a fax machine (with its phone number clearly printed on it) that was unplugged and was instead checking the computer for faxes. I do believe my drs office had the wrong phone # but even after it was corrected, I continued to wait and it was not resolved. After waiting over an hour I left. She later left me a voicemail saying that I’m going to need to come back to have more blood drawn. No kidding!!!
Quest diagnostics systems are so poor. There is no phone number to even call this lab directly so I couldn’t do this before the appointment or even check to see if they were open after the snowstorm. Everything is handled through central processing phone number. 🤦♀️
Absolute miserable woman working there yesterday. Everyone she dealt with made a face or comment when they walked out to warn the next of just how unpleasant she was. I sat there for an entire hour because, "appointments come first", which she barked at us. When I look at the appointment scheduling page, appointments aren't available every 5 minutes, so why could she never take the people that were sitting there since the doors opened? I had to walk out because I didn't have another hour to waste for her to take only appointments, which I didn't have. Very rude and very unprofessional.
Never had any issues w this draw site. After reading negative reviews people need to understand the tech drawing your blood is IN NO WAY responsible for getting you your test results. They only take the samples and send them to the lab(s) where the testing is done. They CANNOT access your results.
The Douglas site CLEARLY states they don’t do drug testing. When writing negative reviews be sure the criticism is directed at the corporation NOT the tech. I will of course agree professionalism should ALWAYS be present.

I had an appointment at this office at 8:30 this morning. Nobody bothered to contact me to tell me that the office was closed. I called Customer Service and they just told me I was out of luck. They had no idea why the office was closed or why I couldn’t get in. What a bunch of useless people answering the phone. They sent me an email an hour after my appointment time which was useless. It wasn’t for the nice woman at the Sutton office, I would not have gotten my blood drawn today. I was fasting so this was a problem.

The girl that takes care of me every time is Jenny she is amazing never feel her taking blood she has a great personality and is so kind
