  I went to Pearl Vision to get a new pair of glasses and I’m very satisfied.The lady in the front desk was very nice and tries to make her customers comfortable.They provide good quality and great service.

  This place overly charges for glasses. The same exact frame I bought here were half the price elsewhere. I had insurance which should have covered most of the purchase, I ended up paying over $300 for a single prescription glasses. I can also understand some of the negative reviews here, there’s just something off about this place and the guy with long hair seems a bit shady. Felt like he was rushing and just wanted a quick money grab talking me into getting the most expensive frames (which by the way is not worth what they price the frame for) they literally price all their frames double of what they are actually worth. A quick google search of the model frames they sell here will give you the real price. The only reason I gave a two star is because I got my prescription glasses within 20 minutes after walking in. If not I would have give it a 1 star for price gouging and poor customer care. I will not be returning here. I’ll go elsewhere for my prescription glasses.

  Had a routine eye exam and contact fitting with Dr. Wu. Dr Wu was knowledgeable, eager to answer all of my questions and provided plenty of suggestions. I left with a new prescriptions and contact brand best suited for my condition. She gave me a two week trial before committing to the new prescription. So far she’s one of the best medical professionals I’ve come in contact with. I’m supper satisfied with the results and have recommended my family members to her. Also, the front end staff are supper accommodating as well. I was running late so they moved up my appointment.

  After much research the only place that could help us get glasses on the same day was Pearle Vision Dedham at 300 providence highway. We met Romeo who offered us a buy one get one free deal for a total of $500 for two spectacles one for long vision with glare prevention and the other for reading. He appeared to be very competent in fitting the glasses and doing all the different measurements. He quoted us one and a half hours to do the work and yet he sent us a message in less than an hour. He's very experienced, he told us he had 33 years experience and he was very good about telling us the options that were open to us. This happened on the Saturday afternoon after the new year when everyone was very busy. The shop is behind Lowe's in Dedham and it's well worth the trip.

  Just wanted to make two pairs of glasses the guy didn't say hi/hello, I explained him what I want he was very busy with his phone and said "it will take three weeks " just this words, Happened 25 minutes ago.
