    I am a long-time patient of Dr. Wu, who used to be in Brookline and is now here at this store. She is absolutely amazing. She took exceptional care to analyze and discuss the options (which in my case is complicated), gave excellent tips on maintaining eye health, and is just such a down-to-earth, intelligent and caring person. I feel very lucky to have her as my eye doctor! And the store was fine- everyone was pleasant and informative in setting up my appt.

    1 based on reviews and my brief experience. I just went there to ask a simple question and yes! I immediately sensed the bad vibe, poor customer service and unprofessionalism, from both of them. I've worked in an optical for years... I can tell right away what's going in there...

    Romeo was a huge help as well as Dr. Wu. They were very fast, polite, and efficient with their work. I was able to go in for an eye exam and left with new glasses in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend working with them!

    I highly recommend the professional expertise, quality, selection, honesty, care and kindness. Conviently located by T.J.Maxx and Old Navy plenty of parking and near the MBTA bus service, handicap access. I especially love the new spring collection!!
