    After much research the only place that could help us get glasses on the same day was Pearle Vision Dedham at 300 providence highway. We met Romeo who offered us a buy one get one free deal for a total of $500 for two spectacles one for long vision with glare prevention and the other for reading. He appeared to be very competent in fitting the glasses and doing all the different measurements. He quoted us one and a half hours to do the work and yet he sent us a message in less than an hour. He's very experienced, he told us he had 33 years experience and he was very good about telling us the options that were open to us. This happened on the Saturday afternoon after the new year when everyone was very busy. The shop is behind Lowe's in Dedham and it's well worth the trip.

    Just wanted to make two pairs of glasses the guy didn't say hi/hello, I explained him what I want he was very busy with his phone and said "it will take three weeks " just this words, Happened 25 minutes ago.

    I am a long-time patient of Dr. Wu, who used to be in Brookline and is now here at this store. She is absolutely amazing. She took exceptional care to analyze and discuss the options (which in my case is complicated), gave excellent tips on maintaining eye health, and is just such a down-to-earth, intelligent and caring person. I feel very lucky to have her as my eye doctor! And the store was fine- everyone was pleasant and informative in setting up my appt.

    1 based on reviews and my brief experience. I just went there to ask a simple question and yes! I immediately sensed the bad vibe, poor customer service and unprofessionalism, from both of them. I've worked in an optical for years... I can tell right away what's going in there...

    I went here 2 years ago and did not have a great experience. Upon arrival they wanted to charge me right away for my appointment. They didn’t even ask if I had insureance so I let them know. After my appointment the optometrist asked me if I was going to pay for the appointment with a check and I was a bit confused. I said no I will pay whatever balance with debit card. Then she says how she does not work directly for the company so they will have to pay her later as if that was my problem. Long story short they charged me $395 for glasses and contact lenses. I honestly don’t even think they processed my insurance. I needed both so I just paid but I would NOT recommend this place. I moved out of state but I still wouldn’t go to this company anywhere else.
