  Hate to leave a negative review but my experiences at this location have consistently been disappointing. Even with appointments wait times are often much longer than expected there were sometimes the wait was over an hour. The staff at this location is unhelpful and seemingly unconcerned about patients. On my recent visit I was abruptly turned away because their fridge wasn’t working, it was handled very rudely. I don’t recommend this location

  I recently visited AFC Urgent Care for a pre-employment drug test, and overall, I had a smooth and efficient experience. The check-in process was straightforward, and the staff at the front desk were professional and courteous. I didn’t have to wait too long before being called in, which I really appreciated since these types of visits can sometimes take a while. The medical staff handled the drug testing process clearly and respectfully, explaining each step so I knew what to expect. Everything felt organized and handled with professionalism, which made the experience stress-free. The facility itself was clean and well-maintained, and the overall environment felt comfortable and efficient. For something that could easily feel inconvenient, they made it quick and hassle-free. I would definitely recommend AFC Urgent Care for employment-related testing or general urgent care needs based on this experience.

  If you could go to another urgent care please do. It's always something with this place; either they are rude, they don't send medication, or they are just always seem to be in a rush.
