I never felt rushed or pressured, which made a huge difference. She also helped me choose frames, made adjustments, and made sure everything fit perfectly before I left. It’s rare to find this level of care and attention to detail. Truly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. I will absolutely be coming back and recommending this location to others! Jillian has gone over and above on not one, but two occasions I have visited!
