I have the custom molded hearing aids that insert directly into my ear. Recently, I began having trouble recharging my hearing aids overnight. I took my charger to West Concord & he updated my aids with a new software version on the spot & he showed me how to clean my charger so that it would work for me. Carl - a grateful customer!!
