Horrible client service. I had an appointment scheduled, showed up, got a message on my phone to let them know I was there when I got to the parking lot. Walked down to the office and it was locked with a sign on the door saying they were closed due to “electricity” issues. They are in a medical building and the office across the hall was fully up and running. Due to the turnaround time, I needed an appointment asap. No one picks up the phone and the recording refers you back to the website which showed no appts within my timeframe. I showed up shortly after office opened the next day as a walk in, no person you can speak with, just a kiosk. When I signed in I could onto a stand by waitlist. There was one person in there. It appeared only 1 person in at a time even when sign said 2 people were in there (I sat there long enough to see who was coming and going) I could hear staff talking with each other as I sat there and sat there being told “it could be a while” I explained that I had an appt but office was closed when I showed up and was told, “yeah, others were upset about that and I should’ve been called but I still had to wait a while.” More people with appts came in and again, I was dropped to bottom of the list. After waiting an hour I left. I understand having appts had priority but when I did show up for my appt and they were the ones who messed up, they should’ve given me priority. ZERO client service. Go elsewhere.

Decided not to cancel appointments?
I have been getting frequent blood work done here for a few years now. Everybody is kind, funny, and professional. I am a very hard stick, and they never make me feel bad about it, even if they are super busy. No matter who you get, you're going to be in good hands!

We didn’t want to reach out to people with confirmed appointments yesterday or today and let them know about the closure to find an alternate location in advance? Interestingly enough every other office is open in the building.

Never, EVER on time. Plan on waiting a minimum of 30 minutes after your appointment time
