At CORE, We Help Get Your Quality of Life Back! Recovering from an injury, trauma or A health related event can be one of the greatest challenges a person will ever face. Our team of experts with specialties in a variety of fields will provide comprehensive therapy service to individuals who have orthopedic, neurological, cardiac, or pulmonary limitations due to acute or chronic problems. Individuals referred to CORE by their physician will complete an extensive evaluation with a skilled clinician. An individualized treatment plan is developed in conjunction with the patient and the physician to determine appropriate course and length of treatment. Our therapists use state-of-the-art equipment in a modern, newly renovated space.
