  I got my Charmant Titanium glasses from the Optical Store here around 2022. One day, while crossing Route 9 to catch a bus at the Museum of Fine Arts, my glasses somehow slipped out of my backpack. When I realized they were missing, I retraced my steps and found them lying on the road. The case was completely flattened beyond my recognition, but to my surprise, the lenses and frame were not broken. I managed to reassemble them myself. Curious to see if the lenses could be fitted into a new frame, I brought them back to the Optical Store. The lady there took it as a fun challenge and skillfully repaired the original frame. I was deeply grateful for her kindness and expertise. That experience convinced me to return to the store for future eye exams and new glasses. I also want to give credit to Charmant Titanium frames—they’re incredibly durable. Despite being run over by multiple cars, they survived with barely a scratch!

  I called in to make an appointment to see The doctor I’ve been seeing for problems with my eyes which has been an ongoing problem and they told me i’m not allowed to go there that I was dismissed from their practice. I asked why they told me because I was raising my voice last time I called and they said they told me that they dismissed me then which they didn’t tell me that if so I wouldn’t have called for an appointment .They dismissed me out of their practice due to a situation about eyeglasses really they didn’t do them right three times and I wanted my money back and I went somewhere else to get my prescription filled Which the other place I went to fill them correctly.I guess you’re not supposed to get upset or raise your voice but they can to you. I’m having major problems That their doctor was taken care of now to get into another eye. Doctor as soon as possible is impossible all I can say they were rude and treating me like a child I’ve never heard of an OphthalmologistTell you that You’re dismissed from their practice.So my recommendation is if you go there or if you are thinking of going there, I wouldn’t waste my time because if they mess up on one thing and you call them out on it they’re going to dismiss you from their practice. They also will dismiss you from their practice if you don’t make the payment if you miss an appointment . When they dismiss a disabled person with eye problems that is unprofessional. And why would you want to go to A place like that So it makes you think what type of practice they are. They has no compassion and could care less about disabled or any People with medical problems. they only care about themselves and if they get their money, that’s why they call it a practice

  My wife and I have been long term patients of Massachusetts Eye Associates and Dr. Yi. The staff is excellent, friendly, and thorough. It is a busy office, but that is what happens when you have quality care and an excellent reputation. Dr. Yi is the best, giving the results, details, and options with confidence for the patient!
