  I had scheduled an appointment months ago in January. 5 days out i get a text appointment reminder that has a different date and time then what i scheduled. When i called they said the doctor asked to reschedule it back in February. No one ever called me and ask if that was ok with me or asked to work out a better date. All the reviews are true!!! They cancel or move appointments with no notice. This is unacceptable practices for a doctor's office that has to schedule months in advance.

  They rescheduled my appointment in January for one at the end of March, only 30 MINUTES before my appointment was supposed to start. I was already on the way to it when they called me to say the doctor was “on call” and could not do my procedure. If the doctor is going to be on call, maybe don’t schedule them to tend to long-standing appointments! From what I can see from the reviews, this is not an uncommon experience at this clinic either. Do yourself a favor and schedule your urology appointments literally anywhere else but this clinic, they are extremely unprofessional with appointment management.

  Very disappointed in this place. They don’t know how to talk to people and don’t allow you to ask questions or return phone calls. Dr assumes he knows my son’s condition after a year without seeing him and decides to drop him as a patient very unprofessional.

  please dont use them. they rescheduled 3 times and eventually canceled appointment. absolutely incompetent
