I’d give negative stars if I could. First off, they require you to give your contact details before seeing any pricing. Now I’m getting harassed with phone calls. Got a call at 8am on Saturday. I’m at home with a newborn and a wife recovering from a really tough birth and these people think it’s appropriate to be making sales calls at 8am?!?! Two Saturdays in a row! Absolutely unacceptable. Stay away!

Compelled to write a review mid workout because the white female personal trainers have a superiority complex and entitlement to equipment when training their clients. More times I can count where the white female PT just go into your personal space to grab a piece of equipment they want without asking , they crouch/sit/idle in your workout vicinity just to glaze their client . All other PT’s have been respectful and ask . The sense of entitlement from the white female PT’s is a strange phenomenon. This review will most likely not change anything but a review is a review. Wouldn’t be surprised if I get reprimanded for this .

I called yesterday at Best fitness and was told I could come in anytime before 4:00 PM to sign up and take a tour. I arrived at 2:15 PM, but the front desk said the person handling enrollments had already left at 2:00 PM. When I asked for a quick tour, I was told no, and the staff member was very rude and unhelpful. Disappointing first experience.
