  Baystate Physical Therapy is so well run! My therapist Jody was so professional, knowledgeable, and genuine. She helped me recover from an acute injury and established a home exercise program that I can easily complete. All the staff were welcoming and encouraging. Thank you all!

  I have gone to Bay State At Jean Avenue for the last couple of years for multiple issues. Keith O’Hara has been my primary therapist and his knowledge care and encouragement have been key to my recovery in all instances. I have also seen other therapists and they are equally knowledgeable and caring. The front office staff go out of their way to accommodate your scheduling needs and help you navigate insurance issues. You are definitely in good hands at BSPT-Jean Avenue!!

  Everyone is wonderful. Judy, Dan, Kelly and, of course, Keith. They took the time to understand what was going on, explained it to me plainly and addressed it quickly. I will definitely come back to this team.

  I finished my PT today and never thought I'd be sad to be done with PT, but I am! My PT, Tori, was excellent and the rest of the staff is, too! Everyone made me feel welcome AND I feel so much better physically than I did when I started 6 weeks ago.
