  While the classes were good it all felt very geared towards thirty-somethings, particularly as almost the only classes offered are yoga sculpt classes. Great for a workout but in my mind, not a yoga studio!

  Pretty good experience, very friendly atmosphere and nice studio setup. Knocking one star down as some instructors are quite inexperienced and unless you have done yoga before (I have), I think you will be quite lost during the class.

  I usually practice in Seattle, but came to a sculpt class here while I was in town. The class itself was OK, but the teacher ended a over 5 minutes early. With how expensive these studios and classes are, I found that extremely disappointing.

  I took a CorePower Yoga 2 with Nicole B and it was wonderful! A great balance of flow and opportunities to challenge yourself with more advanced poses, but with other options if you don’t want to do that! So, very inclusive, and Nicole had a great energy that makes the class fun. Will definitely be taking another one of her classes!
